Damayanti Buchori

Biography

Damayanti Buchori adalah Guru Besar di Departemen Perlindungan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Institut Pertanian Bogor, dan juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Pusat Ilmu Transdisiplin dan Keberlanjutan (CTSS), Institut Pertanian Bogor. Sebagai ahli ekologi serangga, pekerjaannya meliputi pengajaran, penelitian, dan kerja komunitas dengan berbagai proyek pengembangan. Damayanti memfokuskan penelitiannya pada isu-isu pertanian-konservasi mulai dari pengendalian hama, pertanian berkelanjutan, konservasi keanekaragaman hayati, dan perubahan penggunaan lahan.Dalam 15 tahun terakhir, karyanya telah berkembang menjadi penelitian pendekatan lanskap di mana fokus keanekaragaman hayati, institusi, dan kebijakan saling terkait. Minatnya saat ini mencakup pekerjaan ilmu-kebijakan, yaitu. bagaimana sains dan kebijakan harus terjalin untuk menghasilkan kebijakan berbasis bukti yang sangat dibutuhkan. Damayanti juga aktif di banyak platform internasional. Dari tahun 2002 hingga 2004, ia menjadi anggota Task Force 7 on Environmental Sustainability of the Millennium Development Goal, United Nations, New York. Dari 2013 hingga 2016, dia adalah salah satu penulis utama untuk Penyerbuk, Penyerbukan, dan Produksi Makanan – Laporan penilaian oleh IPBES (Platform Kebijakan Sains Antar Pemerintah tentang Layanan Keanekaragaman Hayati dan Ekosistem). Dia saat ini ditunjuk sebagai Ketua Co-Ketua untuk Satuan Tugas 4 Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Berkelanjutan, untuk kelompok keterlibatan T20-2022, Indonesia.

Damayanti Buchori is a Professor at the Department of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Bogor Agricultural University, and also holds the position of Chair of the Center for Transdisciplinary and Sustainability Sciences (CTSS), Bogor Agricultural University. An insect ecologist by training, her work covers teaching, research, and community work with various development projects. Damayanti has focused her research on agriculture-conservation issues ranging from pest management, sustainable agriculture, biodiversity conservation, and land-use change.

In the past 15 years, her work has expanded to landscape approach research where the focus of biodiversity, institution, and policy are interlinked. Her interest currently includes science-policy work, ie. how science and policy should be intertwined to produce evidence-based policy that is greatly needed. Damayanti is also active on many international platforms. From 2002-to 2004, she was a member of Task Force 7 on Environmental Sustainability of the Millenium Development Goal, United Nations, New York. From 2013-to 2016, she was one of the lead authors for Pollinators, Pollination and Food Production- an assessment Report by IPBES (Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services).  She is currently appointed as Lead Co-Chair for Task Force 4 on Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture, for the T20-2022 engagement group, Indonesia

M Zamzam Fauzanafi

Biography

Zamzazm Fauzanafi adalah dosen Antropologi Visual pada departemen Antropologi, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Gajah Mada. Menyelesaikan master di Granada Centre for Visual Anthropology, University of Manchester, dan sedang menyelesaikan S3 di Leiden University dengan riset di bidang Antropologi Digital.

M. Zamzazm Fauzanafi is a lecturer in Visual Anthropology at the Department of Anthropology, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Gajah Mada University. Completed his master’s at the Granada Center for Visual Anthropology, University of Manchester, and is currently completing his doctorate at Leiden University with research in Digital Anthropology.

Biography

Komara Djaja merupakan dosen Senior di Program Studi Interdisiplin Pengembangan Perkotaan, Sekolah Kajian Strategi dan Global, Universitas Indonesia. Menyelesaikan Studi S3 Natural Resource Economics, Iowa State University USA.

Ruth Indiah Rahayu

Biography

Ruth Indiah Rahayu  adalah kandidat doktor bidang filsafat di STF Driyarkara, Jakarta. Aktif sebagai peneliti dan penulis sejarah perempuan, isu reproduksi sosial serta pegiat diskusi filsafat di Masyarakat Filsafat Indonesia (MFI). Selain itu bekerja sebagai peneliti di Institut Kajian Krisis dan Strategi Pembangunan Alternatif (INKRISPENA) dan Ketua Divisi Pendidikan di IndoProgress Institute for Social Research and Development (IISRE).

Ruth Indiah rahayu is a doctoral candidate in philosophy at STF Driyarkara, Jakarta. She is active as a researcher and writer on women’s history, issues of social reproduction, and activist in philosophical discussions at the Indonesian Philosophy Society (MFI). In addition, he works as a researcher at the Institute for Crisis Studies and Alternative Development Strategies (INKRISPENA) and as Head of the Education Division at the IndoProgress Institute for Social Research and Development (IISRE).

Tjahjono P

Biography

Tjahjono Prasodjo lahir di Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Saat ini menjadi dosen di Departemen Arkeologi, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Dia mendapatkan gelar Ph.D. gelar di Universitas Leiden dengan judul disertasi “Pertemuan Air dan Tenaga: Pengelolaan Air di Daerah Aliran Sungai Brantas dari Abad Kesepuluh Sampai Abad Keenam Belas M”. M.A.nya dalam bidang arkeologi berada di University of New Mexico, AS, sedangkan B.A. bidang arkeologi diperoleh di Universitas Gadjah Mada. Dia sangat tertarik pada epigrafi, sejarah Indonesia kuno, dan arkeologi publik.

Tjahjono Prasodjo was born in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He is currently a lecturer at the Department of Archeology, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He earned a Ph.D. degree at Leiden University with a dissertation titled “The Confluence of Water and Power: Water Management in the Brantas River Basin from the Tenth to the Sixteenth Century CE”. His M.A. in archaeology was at the University of New Mexico, USA, while his B.A. in archaeology was earned at Universitas Gadjah Mada. He is especially interested in epigraphy, ancient Indonesian history, and public archaeology

Gustaff H. Iskandar

Biography

Gustaff H. Iskandar (b. 1974) lulus pada tahun 1999 dari jurusan Seni Murni, Fakultas Seni Rupa dan Desain, Institut Teknologi Bandung (FSRD – ITB). Aktif dalam kegiatan manajemen seni, menulis dan berpartisipasi dalam berbagai pameran seni di dalam dan luar negeri. Gustaff mendirikan Bandung Center for New Media Arts, sebuah organisasi yang bergerak di bidang penelitian dan pengembangan seni media dan praktik seni multidisiplin di Indonesia. Selanjutnya Bandung Center for New Media Arts berubah format menjadi organisasi non-profit yang bernama Common Room Networks Foundation (Common Room) pada tahun 2003. Lembaga ini menjadi semacam platform terbuka bagi pengembangan kegiatan seni, budaya dan pemanfaatan teknologi ICT/ Media di kota Bandung.

Gustaff H. Iskandar (b.1974) graduated in 1999 from the Department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Bandung Institute of Technology (FSRD – ITB). Active in art management activities, writing, and participating in various art exhibitions at home and abroad. Gustaff of Bandung Center for New Media Arts, an organization engaged in research and development of media arts and multidisciplinary art practice in Indonesia. Subsequently, the Bandung Center for New Media Arts changed its format to a non-profit organization called Common Room Networks Foundation (Common Room) in 2003. This institution became a kind of open platform for the development of artistic, and cultural activities and the use of ICT/Media technology in the city of Bandung.

Djoko Saryono

Biography

Djoko Saryono merupakan akademisi dan guru besar Fakultas Sastra Universitas Negeri Malang sejak tahun 2009 sampai sekarang. Setelah menyelesaikan sarjana dan magisternya tahun 1991, dia melanjutkan doktor bidang pendidikan budaya di Fakultas Pascasarjana IKIP Malang dan lulus tahun 1997. Aktif terlibat dalam beragam aktifitas kebudayaan antara lain bergaung dalam Majelis Pertimbangan Dewan Kesenian Jatim, Penasihat Persatuan Pedalangan Indonesia Jatim, Pembina Dewan Kesenian Malang, Pokja Akselerasi Pembangunan Pariwisata Terintegrasi Jawa Timur, dan penasihat (senior) Jaringan Kampung Nusantara. Dia juga terlibat dalam berbagai perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan dan program kesusastraan, kesenian, pendidikan, dan kebudayaan pada umumnya di tingkat lokal, regional, dan nasional, antara lain Ketua Badan Pekerja Kongres Bahasa 2011, Ketua Kongres Kebudayaan Jawa II 2016, persiapan Kongres Kebudayaan Indonesia 2018, Ketua Tim Perumus Kongres Bahasa Indonesia XI 2018, dan Ketua Tim Pakar Literasi Dasar Gerakan Literasi Nasional 2016.

***Djoko Saryono is an academic and professor at the Faculty of Letters, the State University of Malang since 2009 until now. After completing his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in 1991, he continued his doctorate in cultural education at the Postgraduate Faculty of IKIP Malang and graduated in 1997. Actively involved in various cultural activities, including resonating in the Advisory Council of the East Java Arts Council, Advisor to the East Java Indonesian Puppeteers Association, and Malang Arts Council Trustees. East Java Integrated Tourism Development Acceleration Working Group, and advisor (senior) for the Kampung Nusantara Network. He is also involved in various planning and implementation of policies and programs for literature, arts, education, and culture in general at the local, regional and national levels, including Chairman of the 2011 Language Congress Working Body, Chairman of the Second Java Cultural Congress 2016, preparations for the Indonesian Cultural Congress. 2018, Chairman of the Formulating Team of the 2018 Indonesian Language Congress, and Head of the 2016 National Literacy Movement Basic Literacy Expert Team.
